"Back in May we purchased two properties in Cleveland Ohio. Throughout the process Barrie and John kept us fully updated, within a week we had received inspection reports and the sales completed in June. Global helped us appoint a management company to look after the houses and as both properties were sold to us with tenants in place we began receiving rental income within weeks of completion. We have recently had to repair a couple of small things though general wear and tear but you expect this when you have rental properties. Julie at Sky was really helpful and has handled all repairs for us. We will definitely be looking to buy further properties in the New Year"
